Maud Greenhoe, MA LPCC LADC CFLE

Senior MH/CD Counselor

It takes strength and courage to start therapy. In my practice I use a person-centered approach, bringing in my life experiences, both positive and negative. Other forms of therapy that I use are mindfulness, motivational interviewing, narrative therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy. Listening to my clients with empathy is a basic condition of my therapy approach, enabling a better connection and hopefully positive outcomes. Humor also enters in as it is a helpful tool to see a lighter side of life.

To keep life interesting and challenging I have explored many career paths. These include work in film, education, certified K-6 teacher, business owner of a licensed daycare, and now helping others who are trying to find their path. As a Certified Family Life Educator, I bring extended knowledge of family systems into practice. Therapy goes down many roads for clients, but family remains a constant part of one’s life experience. No one can change unless they make the commitment to change.

In the state of Minnesota, I am licensed as an LPCC and LADC. I received my advanced education at Hazelden Graduate School of Addiction Studies and received my Masters in Family Life Education from Concordia College, St. Paul, MN.

In my off hours, I love Zumba, hanging out with family and friends, also many walks with my dog, Meg – a very special Golden Doodle!

Sada Puckett, MA LPCC LADC

Clinical Director

Life is all about balance. When things get hectic, psychotherapy is a great way to take a step back and explore areas of your life that may need more attention. A special interest of mine is working with individuals and families that struggle with addiction, mental health and/or a combination of the two.

My undergraduate degree in Vocational Rehabilitation was received at UW-Stout. I took three years off to work with adolescents and young adults struggling with co-occurring disorders within the juvenile justice system. Later I returned to school and graduated from Hazelden Betty-Ford Graduate School of Addiction Studies with a Master’s degree in Addiction Counseling, Advanced Practice. When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, exploring the outdoors on hikes/walks/kayaking and baking delicious (sometimes) treats!

I am currently licensed in Minnesota as a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) and a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).

One thing I often hear from clients is “I have been to 3,4,5 therapist and I don’t feel like I get anything out of it”. When you know, you know so be open with yourself throughout the therapeutic process. Therapy is about connection; if you don’t feel connected to your therapist, odds are you will not maximize the therapeutic experience. Find the right fit!

If and/or when you’re ready, feel free to reach out. I would love to be a part of your journey!

Katie Hyduke, MA LPCC LADC

Treatment Director

The thought of starting therapy can be a daunting one. It can be overwhelming and something we keep putting off. Tomorrow often feels like a better fit than today. Trust me, you are not alone on that one. Unfortunately, no one can do the work for you, but I would be honored to do it with you. My main goal is to work alongside people that desire change, no matter how big or how small. Everyone’s journey is different, but all are equally worthy.

I was born and raised in Minnesota, then ventured off to NYC for love of the big city. Although it was a great time of adventure and self-exploration, I eventually found my way back home to MN where I received my Master’s degree from Hazelden Betty Ford Graduate School for Addiction Studies. I am dual licensed as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) as well as a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC). My experience within the field of behavioral health has had quite a journey of its own, ranging from working at a methadone clinic to starting an IOP Tx facility for co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. I feel very fortunate to be working alongside two partners at a company that always felt like a far fetch dream.
